Sorry, but I am confused! I thought Michelle was rightful owner and that warden/kennels rang her when Cassie was found, but Michelle was told that she would have to wait until Thursday (1/3) before she could collect. Michelle was advised to ring kennels on Sunday, to find out want was going on (all this was on a f/b group post, that has since been removed). If Michelle has prove of ownership and chip details (although sadly this is not always proof anymore) are in her name, I cannot see what the problem is...I really hope Michelle and Cassie are reunited very soon...

Sadly there is a dispute over ownership. Michelle told me last night that she now is first in line to re-adopt if no other owner comes forward.

I altered the date thinking it was an error, but in fact the owner set it to 1 March as that is the day Cassie will be home.

Has Cassie been found? I think the post below may be an error. The two dogs look very different facially to me. Can we clarify please so that people in the area do keep looking for her if she is still lost. Plus the Found Akita is in Lewisham and Cassie has been lost in Bradford - I appreciate that the distance does not always rule a 'found dog' out - it's more the difference in facial appearance.
