- So sorry to hear this news thinking of the owners at this sad time x

- Sad news I'm afraid, crossposting from Buddy's FB page:
We just want to let you all know that the man who found the body of a dog outside the owners house on the road has been spoken to again today. He was very genuine and said that it was definitely Buddy that he found on Thursday. Although we have found no body, we have to remember that this is a very rural area. The surrounding area and hedgerows will be checked thoroughly in the hope that at the very least his collar will be found. But we have to now realistically believe that little Buddy is no longer with us. On behalf of myself and the owner we would like to thank you all for you help in searching, postering and spreading awareness of Buddy.
If there is anyone who could help the owner look in the immediate area for either Buddy's body or collar it would be very much appreciated. Xx - 2017-06-16 19:44 Millypod (Chris) - Administrative Volunteer

- Sorry to see that BUDDY is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (116318)

- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
