Great to hear he has been caught. I hope his owner is found
Pleased this dog is now safe. Is this dog microchipped does anyone know? I do hope so and that they can be reunited with their owner.

From the look of the colouring and markings this could well be a clipped off old English sheepdog the white front, grey rear is fairly unique to the breed - if you manage to catch and need any help in trying to trace owner or breeder details please contact me as this is my breed

The time scale makes it possible that this dog escaped the fire at Grenfell Tower, as this is not too far away. Only one possibility of course. The park would seem to be a relatively safe place and it would be great if they could be kept there, by someone setting up a feeding station in a sheltered location.

As wel as NickyB's suggestion try Mayhew Animal Home which is nearby and they may have suggestions too.

louise can u ring local vets or rescue. they will know someone like me locally who will know how to search and rescue this dog. (dogwardens apparently do not - they just collect dogs that have been caught)
