Have Jenny and tiga been contacted? Www.k9tracker.co.uk
adamworthington
Hi, apologies, I missed a couple of questions.
Yes, it was a walk she did fairly regularly but the only access for vehicles was the area where the dog walker was parked so another car would have been seen.
Queenie would go to anyone, she is incredibly friendly.
I don't know if she went into the rape field (I'm not discounting anything at the moment). I'm continuing to search in the ditches / hard to reach / particularly overgrown areas.
Diana
I wonder if she may have gone into the rape field - just a field beyond where she went missing. Unfortunately, it would be deadly for a dog such as Queenie - friends lost a pony for 2 days in such a field.

I have bumped Queenies info on our Bulldog pages inc lost & missing bulldogs which has reached 32,567 people alone , someone must know where she is I just hope hope if we all keep sharing and make her far too hot to handle she will be returned . Adam knows Im helping and that we don't give up Xxx
DogLostReynard
Was this a regular walk, would Quennie get into just any ones car Or go to any one she does not know ?
Make her too hot to handle Poster /share well
Hope you find this gorgeous girl very soon x

In the past I have made a suggestion of what I would do if I were in the terrible situation of having a lost dog. I would stand in the nearest busiest town or shopping centre with a loud hailer and give out as many lost posters I could. Hopefully it would draw media attention

There are a few that doglost often mention and use I am sure admin will have the contact numbers. You could also google tracker dogs and see if there are any in your local area.

I don't know what other dogs were on the walk too Claire. There is another Bulldog that goes out sometimes but I don't think she was there that day.
And thank you so much for your continued help with the search.
ClaireC
Out of curiosity but what were the other breeds of dogs with the dog walker that day do you know?
ClaireC
Thanks Adam. We did go up today but walked the other side up to the wooded area. Unfortunately unable to do anything until Sat morning. Hopefully I will get up there then as well.
adamworthington
It does look a long walk (around a mile to there) - but she often walks much further. There was a breeze early in the morning but it did get very warm soon after. Her walker says she seemed fine when she saw her last but obviously there's something key we haven't been able to ascertain. I've gone through a lot of the tough to reach areas thoroughly, particulary around the wooded area but what I haven't done in great depth is the far hedge which does have a deep ditch running alongside; I plan to put on some thicker clothes and walk it with a rake etc. (hopefully tmrw).
ClaireC
Adam that was a long walk for Queenie in that heat! I searched that smaller copse where it looks as though she cut in front of but always worth another look. So if she is stolen then surely they would have been seen! Lacey, Matt and I walked across from there on our way back to starting point but like all of the fields there is really dense hedgerow and ditches as you know. If people are going out again, may I suggest long thick gloves and perhaps a rake to get a better look into the hedgerow just in case Queenie turned back!
adamworthington
Thank you so much, any help is really appreciated. It's Aynho side, the postcode is under the map.
Janey
Following your posts. I live in sulgrave and would like to help search but I. A t see the map and not sure which end queeie was lost. Is it Middleton side. I pray she is found soon
adamworthington
Thank you Jill, it's really appreciated
Jill
Adam I have sent you a private message on your Facebook with the map
adamworthington
I know the stream/bridge you mean - yes, if you could please confirm the exact spot and I'll go and investigate. Thank you.
Jill
There is a little bridge with a stream underneth by the works the hole wouldn't be in the works but near it .I will try and ask my son the exact spot .
adamworthington
Map showing Queenie's movements on the day. The green flag shows where they started the walk and the red flag the location she was last seen.
http://imgur.com/a/gbiHQ
adamworthington
Only around the perimeter; I'm not sure how she'd have got into the sewerage works but we've checked the fields etc. thoroughly so we do need to check there too. I'll try and arrange access.
Jill
Has anyone checked around my the sewerage works my son said there was a hole which had the cap off the other day
ClaireC
Bob and I just had another wander around up there, but sadly nothing seen.
DogLostLisa P - Regional Co-ordinator, Central
A drone has been up this evening in the area Queenie was last seen which has drawn a blank, we are continuing to share Queenie's details further afield so people know to look out for her wherever they are x
adamworthington
More likely a person or other dog - she wouldn't hide if she thought they was potential for a fuss/play
DogLostNina
Would she respond to a squeaky toy
adamworthington
I do agree though that it's difficult to envisage how she could have been taken from there without being seen. She's slow to walk on a lead and weighs well over 20 kilos so carrying her any distance is a challenge - but nothing makes sense so I'm open to any explanation until we have an answer.
adamworthington
I've confirmed with the dog walker that inside the wooded area, at the edge near where I've put her bed is definitely the last place Queenie was seen. The first part of the walk they took to get there was a little different to how I understood it to be though; I will draw up a map, get her to confirm then share. As I say though, the location we're all working from for the last place she was seen is correct.
ClaireC
I do wonder that if Queenie has been stolen, how did the dog walker miss her disappearance and can she be sure that at the top of the wooded area was where she first missed her! Is she adamant that this is the area last seen in? Perhaps you can ask her again Adam just to make sure we are all looking in the correct place!
adamworthington
I spoke to the farmer who owns the fields at length yesterday; he's a lovely man and has put a lot of time himself into searching for Queenie. He says kites are regular visitors to the fields and they get even more buzzards. He's of the strong opinion that if something as large as Queenie had passed away there would be a lot of activity; nature would have given us a clear sign. I'm not ruling anything out but just want to reiterate Lisa's earlier comment that we keep an open mind.
ClaireC
We were down the bottom area and saw you at the top when we got back to the car. You were walking back towards her bedding from the other wheat field! I agree no Kites this afternoon nor when we were up there again. Debbie and I were watching them this morning at 1100 hrs!
adamworthington
Thank you so much again for everyone's continued support with the search
adamworthington
I must have missed you Claire - I've been here for the past few hours and I've been searching really thoroughly in an and around the wooded area, going to the most inaccessible parts (trenches etc.) no sign of her at all. I didn't see any kites near the wooded area but will keep an eye out.
ClaireC
My husband I have also been back up this afternoon and saw some of the posters up! Still sadly nothing.
adamworthington
I've submitted a Web enquiry with Queenie's details Www.k9tracker.co.uk

My husband and I are going back up very soon,to the area Queenie was last seen.
So will look in these areas again Claire.
We're also further afield in area's not gone over yet.
Will also be putting posters up.
ClaireC
I have been up again this morning. There were 3 Red Kites circling the area above the wooded area where her bedding has been placed! The Kites were frightened off by light aircraft and skydivers from nearby Hinton on the Hedges. If folk are walking in this area please can you keep an eye on the deep ditches and dense hedgerow that surround this wooded area.
DogLostLisa P - Regional Co-ordinator, Central
Thank you Claire for all of the searching, it is really important that people keep searching the area as we are unable to be certain as to the likely circumstances and therefore it is crucial that everyone keeps an open mind, continues to look in the area but also get Queenie's details circulating further afield incase she was taken, CJ is fully briefed & we are also in touch with TVP who are investigating x
ClaireC
I went out again last night and huge thanks to others that came up as well. The search last night in the area of where she was last walked, did not lead us to finding her. I am still of the belief, that Queenie has not been stolen looking at the lay of the land! I think a more likely scenario is that Queenie succumbed to the heat and has fallen into one of the many deep ditches that surround the fields or dense hedgerows! I would like to ask if any horse riders that go into these fields to keep a eye on the ditches as they are obviously up higher and have that advantage! If there is anybody that has a drone that they could help with this would be welcomed! Last edited: 2017-06-24 11:59:02 by ClaireC

I am meeting up with Adam again this coming Fri evening at 7pm at Mill Lane Aynho end again. I am going over again a piece of ground from where she was last seen before disappearing! I've walked what feels like a good 5 miles around 4 fields and one smaller copse. Sadly I could find no trace or even hint of where she might have gone through any hedgerow! Excellent turnout from folk to search in temp of 30 deg at 7pm and only now dropped to 27 deg.! There were a couple of streams around and others were checking those and likewise the small churchyard. There have been no sightings of Queenie, searching will continue incase she is lost or trapped somewhere but searches to date have not found her, she has not been reported as found to either of the neighbouring councils & given the circumstances of her vanishing, she is now considered stolen, CRN received & status changed to stolen x
