The number is not a CRN it is a lost and found reference number. If this is being taken as a theft - the owner needs to speak with the officer that is dealing and ask for the CRN then send to stolen@doglost.co.uk and I will change it over.

** UPDATE **I have been updated this morning that he may have possibly been spotted around Pen Y Pound Road in Abergavenny... the dog that was spotted was of Baxters Calibre and headed towards the lanes around the sugarloaf vineyards
