Presume all outbuildinghs checked? Indoor cats tend to hide close by
She may be feeling very anxious being out of her comfort zone which is indoors with people she trusts; her owners. Put her unwashed blanket on the floor below the second floor flat, along with the scent on the owners too. Keep rattling some dreamies. You could maybe borrow a cat trap from a rescue centre or Cat Protection for a small donation I think. Plaxe the trap on the floor below the second floor flat, and put some treats inside with Maisey`s scent on, and the scent on the owners too. Poster around the area, and put flyers through doors too. Hope she is home soon. Paws xd.
