Ness there is no excuse for anyone finding a dog and keeping it, without reporting it to the warden and having it checked for a microchip, it is theft by finding.

I was convinced that was Sky I saw.
Werrington only few miles from where she was found.
Very glad she's home and thank goodness she was spotted .

I wonder if there is now a family that have had her for 8months looking for her. If she's overweight that suggests she has been looked after.
Very sad for all involved as I bet they were unaware she had a family originally.
But very happy for the original owners - the powers of microchipping!

Sky was found wandering in the road in Burslem,Stoke,by a lovely lady who was having a driving lesson.Well done and special thanks to her for taking Sky to the vets.Sky is ok just a little overweight. Welcome home Sky so happy for her lovely family xxx xxxx

Seen similar pup today in Werrington by church cross roads with a guy aged 50ish, Asian, tattooed arms. New shiny ID disc. Could not tell gender. White on chest tapering, irregular shape.
