Went to Viking oak today, very nice but said I must phone daily and not rely on microchip or poster so I will do. Battersea brands hatch good and reassured they will test for Microchip. Not had sucess with radio yet but will try again Monday

Great work helpers !!!- hope the message is geting out there for all to see. Updating last week- I have sent out posters to Viking Oaks plus Jasmil plus details sent on to be circulated on alerts emails via neighbourhood watch in this area. I will conatct KM monday just in case we need to run a story for the Friday edition. I think owner was trying radio but needed a contact name and number from Bears owner. CJ

have emailed and / or faxed posters to vets in Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Edenbridge, Biggin Hill, Westerham, Orpington, Oxted, Swanley, Gravesend, Dartford, Longfield, Sidcup, West Wickham, Beckenham, Snodland. Hope Oscar is soon back home where he belongs.

Just caught up with this. I will do some posters and take them to Edenbridge. Sevenoaks is so central to many areas. Dogs stolen locally have turned up in Gravesend, Swanley, New Addington, Reigate, Mormon Temple, Edenbridge - I can think of these in the last couple of years. And of course, the M25 is so close, so perhaps helpers in Essex could poster too. Very best of luck and we are thinking of you xxxxxxx

I'd see if you can get an advert in your local paper asap. If you have pet insurance it sometimes covers the cost of advertising. The key really is to make Oscar too hot to handle. Good luck xx

Thanks, I have been blasting the area with posters, all the parents in my Childrens classes have also taken posters as have friends. Is there anything else I should be doing to make him uncomfortable to keep?

Spoke a while on phone last night to owner giving advise on areas to cover with posters etc plus checking which dogwardens have been notified and will email the ones near by incase turns up out of area. Owner has regisitered so hopefully will be able to post to keep us updated. This dog has been taken from the garden and owner has reported to police and has a crime reference number. ANYONE IN THIS AREA please log in and notify areas you have posted. Thanks CJ

Great he's chipped. Dogs also stolen from Oxted & Biggin Hill ???. Have sent poster to Kit Wilson Trust. Animal Samaritans, Last Chance, Mid Kent RSPCA, South Godstone RSPCA, Epsom Canine, Foal Farm. Could email / fax all vets around the area if not already being done. Hope your soon found.

Poster has been e mailed out to over 300 local helpers and organizations and details forwarded to countrymans weekly. Owner can be contacted on 01732 458215.
