Just been to Hanwell Meadows and also asked a friend this morning to look out when she walked her dog there. She said walkers there are looking but I can hardly see my dog running through the long grass, never mind a scared pup that's hiding. Will ask the boaters and in the Fox. We keep looking. Would also suggest to anybody looking to take a spare lead just in case and maybe some nice treats. As she will be hungry, maybe some yummy smelling treats tempt her out of hiding if that's what she does

Sonja. Make sure microchip details are up to date. This type of dog will be rehomed very quickly if owner cannot be contacted. I think this is near the canal, so get posters up there too and speak to anyone you can. If Bella falls in trying to have a drink, she will struggle to get out.

Is she trailing a harness and lead?? Working cockers tend to go quiet and stay still when in trouble rather than bark.. so owner needsxa search party out checking hedges, bushes, etc. Nightime useful to search for shining eyes in foliage. If on a lead it may be caught up somewhere but again the dog may stay quiet and won't make a noise for attention. So, so hoping this girl is found quickly.
