Same here, our old cat went missing a few years ago during the hottest 2 weeks of the year. Thankfully she was found 5 days later very poorly but alive. The vets pulled her through & we had 2 more lovely years with our girl before rainbow bridge. That awful feeling when a pet is lost is with you forever as is the wonderful 'can't believe it' elation of having your precious pet back, a second chance. I am so pleased for your good news, enjoy that feeling!

I am so happy to read that your clearly very precious Buddy is back home with you, safe and sound. I would be exactly the same as you and wouldn't rest until our much-loved dogs and cats were found. I experienced the same heartache as you some years ago when our vets managed to let our beautiful big tabby boy escape out of their kitchen window. 5 days went by until we were reunited. But finally... welcome home Buddy!

Aaaaaw - Fab News - i was just about to Retweet Buddy's DogLost Link & had come here to check for any updates .
Wendy Godber is one of many wonderful people who give such wonderful helpful advice & help.
I think we would ALL be the same as yourself & daughter, out in all weather, at all times of the day , searching & calling for them.
I cannot begin to imagine the rollercoaster of emotions when a Pet goes Missing / is Stolen & it is soooo good that there is this organisation, Database & army of volunteers to help in so many ways.
& thankyou for your 'essay' lol - it is always SO nice to read of HOW a Pet was Reunited -
Stay safe now Gorgeous Buddy x

<3 <3 <3 REUNITED <3 <3 <3 Apologies to all the neighbours for 3 hours non stop with my poor daughter Lily Strudley walking all them hours and me in a wheelchair people must of thought we were crazy calling out Mummies Buds, Buddy and Bubby and bub bub but finally we found him he was stuck in a neighbours garden. I actually just came home to get a cardi before going back out again as it was getting cold and called from the back garden where he must of got out from and could hear him meowing back at me somehow after some tactical moves to free him by my daughter he was rescued <3 OMG so so happy I literally could not bear it I now need the luck to spread to others for you all to get yours back. Please please also if your animals do go missing the first thing Wendy Godber taught me was that the first 24/48 hours are crucial. Thank you to everyone who shared and also to the lady Jemma Pearson that messaged my daughter Emily Muir who was manning the phone as its possible that was him by the mini car then tried to get over the back after exploring but went wrong back garden and could not get out as he was not there earlier as we were calling out there first quite a lot and I went round to the mini where he was possibly last seen and there was an alley way with steps and I thought I could see him but could not get the wheelchair up so he must of jumped into the back garden while I was on my way round the other way. Sorry for the essay but I just cannot be quiet and neither can my baby he is purring and meowing like crazy. Love and thank you to everyone that helped, supported and cared xxx
