- SO PLEASED he is being given a second chance. Sometimes I despair of my own species and then someone does something wonderful. All the best to Blue and the humans who have given him a second chance. xxx

- such a lucky staffie - every day on doglost there staffies galore - very very rare they are reclaimed, or in this case some organisation or person took him in thank goodness. the ones unclaimed at the dog pounds throughout the country ................ on the 8th day dogs are gifted to the pound but not all are taken in by sanctuaries which are all overflowing with abandoned dogs. many are killed

- Blue has obviously been ill-treated. by a sub-human piece of trash. Hope all goes well for this boy, and he has found him self a lovely new home with someone who REALLY cares. I think the people who can turn an aggressive dog around are brilliant. Please keep us posted on his progress. (((HUGS)))XXX

- Blue was abandoned. Very aggressive and has had a crappy previous life. He's been worked with and the work will continue but he is now off to a new life

hope to see him in the reunited section - 2017-07-09 11:20 Mary
- Hi NickyB because they couldn't take him beyond the gate, was my thought. Yes we know the risks but just maybe something out of the ordinary happened. Also this wouldn't be the first time in this area that a lost dog has been found attached to railings to stop them running into the road until the warden could collect them. The owner could have checked with another warden, as this area has a Harrow postcode but is in LB of Hillingdon. I just feel that this dog has loving owners looking for him as he looks so well cared for.

- and why has owner left dog there?
- 2017-07-09 06:02 Mel
- Good bit of detective work Mary! I really do hope that is what has happened and his owner is looking for him. Fingers crossed for a happy outcome xxx

- Wonder if this poor boy was stolen then dumped?..Shared on FB. xx

- I have emailed this to Coteford Infant School.
- 2017-07-09 02:56 Mary
- Looking on Google maps there are railings at the end of Mount Park Road outside Coteford Infants School and there is a sign saying 'No Dogs' at the entrance, perhaps someone left this dog while they collected their child. May be a responsible owner who put the muzzle on for safety of young children. If anyone lives locally perhaps they could print off a poster and put it at the gate, in case owner does not use social media. There is also a nursery school next door.
