I'm Hannah who rehomed Scrappy last week to Angela May (& partner Gary) who said they were from Tavistock but her FB page says East Looe. Had pictures of them all during the first few days but then nothing until I had a call from his previous owner. Tried to contact this Angela who was desperate to have Scrappy and promised him the world, but she's not replying to me or my daughter. The last thing I said was if she had any problems please contact me. Poor dog. I'll never trust anyone again. I'll be phoning the Dog Warden on Monday to try to help resolve things.

It seems that the person to whom the dog is chipped lives in Yeovil & rehomed the dog a year ago to a lady called Hannah. Sadly due to issues between the Ambull & her small dogs, she rehomed him just over a week ago to a couple who now are not communicating! Hannah will contact dog warden on Monday to try & sort something out.
Apparently he is a lovely dog, but doesn't like little dogs.

in between the old owner who chipped the dog a more recent owner has come forward after seeing the posts on doglost and obviously concerned about Scrappy...am contacting Max now with the info.

Apparently owner has been traced & is aware dog is with dog warden.
***Amended 1654hrs*** I have just spoken to vets who informed me that they do have the previous owners info & the dog warden is continuing enq's as dog has been 'passed around' recently. I was told by them initially that they had the current owners info too.
