Reggie is right at home he is the king of the house he is doing great. We now take him out for walks as at first we were very scared to do so. When we go to work my sister in law baby sits him they to have bonded he is loved by everyone
Again we cannot that all who were involved in getting him him you all do a great job

REUNITED!!!! Been waiting for the OK to put on this site. After much waiting and a lot of help from many we got the result we wanted!! That is all I can say as it is still an ongoing investigation. Reggie is now home very happy and contended with his rightful owner- just look at that smile - its as if never been away!

Hi I am a serving police dog handler, a male has just been arrested in se London with a believed stolen French bulldog in the car, it is believed to have been stolen from the dartford area, of you could please post on site and if anyone has had one stolen could they contact Metropolitan Police quoting CAD 5051/25-03-21, thanks
Dog is microchipped but not registered. Frenchie is tan with a black streak male.
Microchip paperwork will be needed to claim dog back.

How frustrating for you. However the ball is in their court now re CJ message below..Petlog have been given the contact details for the police to phone them and it's on the record. I know it's a long wait to speak to them but if it was me I would keep calling them to ask if they have contacted the police yet. Reggie is your dog microchipped to you and was stolen from you and you have CRN. Really hope this is resolved today.

I have rang them everyday since receiving the letter on Monday. They just give me the same answer that either the police or a solicitor can sort this out not only that it takes me an hour to get through to them every time 😢😢😢

Heard too many bad things about PetLog and have been advising people to change their chip company asap.
A stolen dog was reported to them and yet they offered that person to register the dog in their name for £17.
Luckily for that dog the new owner was genuine and found out that it was stolen and tracked down the previous owner himself.
As well as that the actual owner paid £17 to receive an alert should her dog turn up. She didn't get that either!
Absolute disgrace of a company! .

I have details for petlog when can finally speak to an agent. In mean time i emailed them as well marking it URGENT to get this reply-NO REPLY – THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE

I have spoken this morning with our lovely met officer contact who will deal. I will phone petlog and given them her details asking they phone her. She has already looked at the CRN deatils. I will also email petlog as well sending the details to them. However i am not sure how quickly emails are checked by petlog.

I have spoken today to pet log again they are now saying if the police get in touch with them they will let them know we’re Reggie is so that we can get him back they have changed their tune about this now as I said I would write to borris johnson and Oriya Patel about this. I think you should contact Iain Duncan Smith as well who was in the Houses of Parliament yesterday and trying to get the law changed with regards to dog theft - what is the point of a microchip if when this happens they won’t help you - it needs to be highlighted - I have emailed Pett Log too

Hi all we are the owners of reggie. We have not heard anything until now. We got a letter from pet log stating that someone has our dog and want to change the chip identification. I spoke to pet log they have given us 14 days to get la solicitor or the I’d will be changed. Is this legal as we want our baby back please please can someone advice us on what to do

No sightings or info on reggie so far? may be they are not trying to sell him yet? have talked to owner and told him not to give up as we still find them months later and advised him to keep on at dog warden every couple of days, fingers crossed we may hear something, admin can he be "re-tweeted" to keep it going
