Owners neighbour saw my Facebook post and alerted them.They are collecting "Sammy" from the PDSA, thanks for your help, dog now reunited with his owner.....happy ending.

I've shared this dogs details to all of the local FB pages, and someone has just posted that they think this is their neighbours dog. I've asked the person to keep me updated, hopefully this dog may be reunited promptly.
