- NickyB I share your frustrations, they have to find the owners first to fine them 😡Always wondered if found owners are followed up to see if have chipped, & who would do this anyway. Is it another piece of toothless legalisation? Hope all works out well for this little one

- another dog without a tag or chip... why. there is a £500 fine - a tag costs £4 chipping can still be done free
