Thanks Lisa. Actually I realised that just using an alternative browser might work and it does! Eureka, posters being printed as we speak. x
DogLostLisaP
Hi, it will depend on what browser you use, if you google 'clear image cache on XXX' for your browser, I have emailed poster to registered email address in meantime, if anyone else needs a poster emailing, please email to photos@doglost.co.uk to request & we will send x
Ann
Several of us are trying to print this poster. We have refreshed browsers without any luck. Can you tell us how to clear our image cache please.
DogLostLisaP
Hi Bethkingxox you need to refresh your browser, if that doesnt work clear your image cache. I will email you a poster with the new pic on in the meantime x

We have been trying to update the poster photo as the original has been rotated and we now have a better photo anyway. It has updated on some mobiles but the image is unaltered on pc's so we cannot print from new image. Any ideas?Last edited: 2017-08-22 10:30:32 by Ann
