if only all dogs had up to date chips and wore id tags on collars surely dogs like Alfie would have been home the day he was found, and without having to pay fines...... my dream is that all dogs had up to date chips and wore id tags

he has a fatty cyst between his legs so the pound thought they were testicles and therefore not nuetered. If it wasn't for Croydon dog warden he would have been re homed today. He's with Southwark council and there closed (

I believe this dog is with Southwark Council but the one that's at the kennels isn't neutered so I'm trying to clarify. I'm trying to call owner with no luck. Will keep tryingbut if anyone speaks to them, they need to call Southwark Council ASAP
