Thank goodness this baby is safely home. i hope she isn't too traumatised, this reminds me of another shih tzu chloe(hope you don't mind me mentioning her on meishas page) she was taken back in march 07 by a group of young people in a car there were reports on a shih tzu website of a little dog with a similiar description being dragged about by someone on a scooter her poor owner has heard nothing since, i am so glad meisha was saved i just can't understand some people, its bad enough you can't leave a dog in a car or outside a shop but to be unable to leave them in their own garden is is terrible give her a big hug from me take carexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Also Jan i don`t no if you aware but all vets are supposed to scan all dogs that are taken as new clients by law, from what we were told by police and the dog wardens. But from what we have been told by alot we contacted regarding meisha, quite a few DON`T scan them as a matter of routine unless they are aware theres a specific dog or breed missing locally. we have given all of them details of meisha and her chip details incase any new shih-tzu`s are taken in to them. Please ask all owners of any missing dogs to contact ALL their local vets as well as the one they are registered with, and leave their dogs details. Debs xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

deb n mark, welcome on board Doglost and thanks for updating everyone. You need to get the area postered as wide an area as possible to get her known and contact the rescue centres (visiting in person) at least once in a 7 day period. Posters can be printed from this page by ing View Poster underneath her picture. Great that she is MICROCHIPPED and SPAYED. Good luck and we want to see her in the blue soon.
