Archie was found 15 miles from home barrking outside a house. We don't know how he got there but presume it was in some sort of transport as he was found the day after we lost him. The person who found him notified the police and local animal rescue but even though both of them had our details nobody notified us, especially the animal rescue as we contacted them every week. We were lucky Archie was found by an animal lover who cared for him.

Had a phonecall today from Archie's owner. Archie has gone to the vet for the SNIP and to get CHIPPED (nice welcome home prezzie). He is settling back into home life, they are going to send a reunited photo of Archie with the children hopefully tomorrow. Jan x

We have Archie back at last, 6 weeks after jumping over our wall and going for a little wander an animal lover in our local vets spotted his doglost photo and details and recognised him, she contacted us with information and contact number, we arranged a meeting and he is now home. I cann't wait till the kids come home and see him. We as a family would like to thank DOGLOST for the help and support we have received over the last 6 weeks no words can describe but overwhelmed seems a minor detail. So plese use the posters, follow up the leads because theres an awful lot of nice people out there

have sent posters along with my tilly's to a gypsy liason, measgwyn holding kennels and in vets in my area and are mentioning him whenever i ring around for tilly hope you find him.

Have sent a text message to owner to alert her to a found JRT in Wales listed on another site. The found dog has black on his tail, not sure if Archie does or not. Fingers crossed!

that is a shame. I know its not nice, but please consider ringing your local council and asking for a list of dogs killed on the roads. Thy dont tell dogwardens :-( . if you cant face it please pm me and I will do it.

a friend has been to N clwyd animal rescue in Trelogan. they have terrier types in at present. please could owner or someone else ring/visit as I cant ring until later in the week. please post to say it has been done. please ask about tilly LL20. thanks.

We seem to be getting a few dogs missing in our area. I cant help much at the moment due to illness, but hopefully next week I'll be out and about again. Will print the poster off in the meantime.

rang nantycorn, maesgwyn and acorn. no dogs matching description at present. Acorn have a JRT dog, but it is short legged. May be worth a look as definition of leg length can vary! maesgwyn have logged book, i will e mail the other 2 tonight unless someone else can do it first.

Sorry to hear about your dog. We have just been reunited with ours after he ran away (6 days later) the one thing that really works is to poster everywhere, it is hard and emotional but it certainly does produce results. Good Luck - Debbie

Have spoken to owner, they are having problems sending a picture by email, have tried several times and it keeps bouncing back. Discussed things to do and failing that they will take a picture of a photo and try and send it by phone. Owner said they have registered, hopefully they will update on Archie's page soon. Jan x
