Owner found proof of ownership given to warden. Pearl is back with her daddy

Another possibility is the owners are foreign and 'Pearl' only understands that language.

If she is registered to Dartford although details out of date, it might be worth contacting vets in that area as they may know her.

Wonder why she doesn't respond to Pearl. Could have changed owners at some point and had a name change. She's not deaf is she? Just wondering why she doesn't respond to it.
