- Dear All, MURPHY was found a few minutes ago. Someone on the road had taken him in and saw a poster on a tree today. Heartfelt thanks to all of you who have been so kind and generous with your time. Your support really helped us xx

- Am tweeting for him & getting lots of RTs & folk looking out for him. Can you set up a simple FB page with his photo #FIND #MURPHY labrador retriever puppy and make him #Toohottohandle . Or lost him on Dogs Lost and Found FB.
. Many more people are on FB than Twitter. Someone will have picked him up. Last edited: 2017-10-03 07:04:23 by Julie Dogs - 2017-10-02 21:47 Doggies Furever

- I just drove around area. The lady confirms he was near screwfix running towards station but could have gone right towards teddington. I am really hoping for another sighting - so we can organise search group.
- 2017-10-02 19:41 Angela
- Thankyou to the lady who saw MURPHY in Twickenham. That was really useful information- we are in Twickenham now searching.
- 2017-10-02 18:55 TinaT
- I will do that Angela.
- 2017-10-02 18:04 Hollieberry
- Really hope that this pup is found safe soon fingers crossed .
- 2017-10-02 17:59 Angela
- We have called local vets but it would be extremely useful is the Twickenham vets were informed aswell
- 2017-10-02 17:57 TinaT
- Not impossible, last month a yorkie ran from my park in Isleworth to Twick station
I have informally informed hounslow warden. Have all vets been called ? I can do that in Twick of you want- will go out soon too. Some good advice to leave clothes dotted about, - 2017-10-02 17:50 csquaredb
- More from the lady that saw the dog in Twickenham:
It was defo black and a Labrador type, but was running pretty fast, couldn't really tell it's size plus we have a Chihuahua so any dog looks big to me.
This was around 12.30, there were many office workers walking towards town and we tried to stop it from running into the road. I even asked a few people if it was their dog. It was very scared and ran very fast. It is far from Spring Grove Road as my parents live near there, but not impossible if he has been lost since yesterday. - 2017-10-02 17:48 Angela
- He pushed through a gate that leads to a path around our house an then he must have gone through the front gates
- 2017-10-02 17:46 csquaredb
- How did he go missing please Angela?
- 2017-10-02 17:40 csquaredb
- In case it is Murphy that was seen in Twickenham, also file a report with Richmond warden (which is covered by Wandsworth). Details here: You can report a lost dog to the London Borough of Wandsworth Animal Welfare Team on 020 8871 7606 or at dogcontrol@wandsworth.gov.uk and to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.Last edited: 2017-10-02 17:41:00 by csquaredb

- Have asked for more info on OP re sighting x
- 2017-10-02 17:20 csquaredb
- Just looking on map and its 3 miles roughly. If he's been gone 24 hours, it is possible if he's running scared.
- 2017-10-02 17:19 Angela
- Hi thanks for looking everyone unfortunately we have not had an update on latest sighting but we are still looking for him.
- 2017-10-02 17:18 Julie Dogs
- So sorry to hear Murphy is lost. If he was lost in Isleworth I can't see how he would be running down Heath Road in Twickenham unless someone stole him and dumped him? Any update on a latest sighting? I will tweet for him x

- Possible sightings of him about 12:30 pm reported on Lost and Found Pets - Twickenham and Surrounding FB page, running down Twickenham High St:
Yes, looks like the dog I saw running down Heath Road in Twickenham, he was headed towards town, I was at Clifton Road when he ran past, a few of us tried to stop him as there were cars turning! I hope you find him and he's okLast edited: 2017-10-02 22:45:07 by csquaredb - 2017-10-02 14:29 Angela
- Tina, thanks so much for offering to help. He went missing on spring grove road and so could have wondered down any side roads off that road. We are going out today against to look.
