Welcome home beautifully HONEY yes they are survivors and that is the GSD in her, hope she gets a tag to with her chip. I'm sure she will recover with lots of TLC. well done everyone who help get her home and poster power again.

Thank goodness that Honey has been found. She does have such a lovely, cheerful face. Welcome home Honey and make the most of all the extra fuss and TLC. Also, could this very precious girl have an ID tag on her nice, red collar to compliment her chip? Great News!!!

Hi I tried to call earlier but for some reason the number didnt work. I thankfully found Honey this afternoon. She wasnt too far from where she was originally lost. Someone that the dog walker had left their number with in the first instance forund her and coaxed her with food. She is very tired, hungry and has had a few scrapes but is otherwise OK. Goes to show that they are survivors. There had been a few sightings from my ad in the local press so she had wandered here and there. I am glad i found her today as snow is forcast for tomorrow and I'm not sure she would have made it in her current condition. I cannot thank you enough for all of your help and good advice. Your organisation is doing good work. Should you ever need my assistance please let me know. ...e mail from owner.

Im so sorry for you. the not-knowing is terrible. We are going through the same. our dog went missing 3 weeks ago. But Im sure Honey will be home real soon, so stay positive. Contact NECR they have a petfile, and will broadcast she is missing on the radio. Also put ads in the P&J and Eve express. If you are doing posters, see if someone can lend you a laminator as that makes the posters last longer. I agree with Sable, the dogwardens are very good. I will trawl the Hazlehead area tomorrow... park and woodland.

Have you contacted the dog warden? Murray's cat and dog home in Aberdeen is where stray dogs are taken to but you have to keep calling them to see if your dog has been taken in, as they do not let you know. Poster everywhere in the area with a picture and description of your dog. Places like the vet, health centres, shops, chip shops, pubs, schools community centres and anywhere else you can think of are very important. Check the railways incase of an accident on the line. Good luck. I hope your dog appears home very soon.
