- Picasso is currently in holding Kennels, after being found by a member of the public. He was collected by the serving Dog Warden. We are currently raising funds to pay off the fee, to help Picasso become reunited with his loving Owner. x

- UPDATE: I have just phoned Oxford City Council to see if Picasso has been collected by the serving Dog Warden. Unfortunately the receptionist was unable to touch base with the Warden at this time, so they are going to call me back xxx
