- Hi Steve. Thank you for registering and posting on Sally's page. You will get lots of helpful advice on here. There are some really experienced people, and we are all here for you. Please would you keep us updated on whatever you have done, and any sightings that come in. Was Sally spooked, or did she slip her lead, or maybe chase something? You need to get as many posters up as quickly as possible. She hopefully will have circled back, and still be in the area. You may need hundreds of posters. Put them in clear plastic sleeves with the opening at the bottom. This will protect from weather and will save you replacing them. The more posters, the more chance of sightings coming in. Put posters through any neighbours doors, and place them at village shops, the post office, pubs, schools, garages, anywhere people go, or walk their dogs. Sally is unable to find you, so you must find her. Posters are the key. If she ran from home, she may also find her way back. Leave any gates open if poss, with food down. If she finds it she will be back. Good Luck Steve. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
