There is a dog called Khan the spitting image of your dog but down as a Caucasian in The Birkett-Smith Animal Sanctuary. the number there is

There has been a possible sighting of Kahn today by a policeman who tried to grab him! Is it possible for new alerts to go out to area of ?sighting please - SS6 and SS7

Hi all iv just had a possible sighting near the KINGS FISH BAR FAMBRIDGE apparently a policeman was trying to catch the dog, if anyone is or near this area could you please try an find out more information! unfortunately I'm unable to get there! Or if anybody knows of a dog loose in the area so it can be discounted!! Many thanks Stu

Is there any news on Kahn? Have there been any confirmed sightings?
I thought about him a lot in all that snow & wondered if there were any footprints found? I just can’t believe it’s been nearly 5 months since he went missing & feel so sad that he’s not been found yet. My heart goes out to his owners. I wish I could keep up with reading how the search is going for him but I don’tt have Facebook. Please post any new info. Fingers crossed he will appear & get back home with his family. Where ever you are Kahn I hope you are making your way home xxx

This dog was left tied up 8n Hartlepool and shot by police. Please check incase someone had pick up Kahn and taken him up north.

Patlucky I do not have Facebook. At one time I could view the page about Kahn & keep up with news because I could click on the Facebook link & it would be visible to read but now to do this you have to log in so the privacy settings must of changed.
Some Facebook pages are open to the public to view & some are not. That was why I asked if someone could update me which hypnochick has kindly done.

Thinking of Kahn & his family at Christmas time.
I don’t have Facebook but had been able to look on there constantly as it was open to viewing & i could keep up with any news on the search for Kahn but now you have to log in so i unfortunately i can’t see anymore. Please can this page be kept updated with any news as I know how hard his owner is trying to find him. I hope & pray that Kahn will be home soon with his family. He’s in my thoughts so much.
Please let there be the good news soon that so many of us are waiting to hear.

Update on FB:-
The situation so far is that Kahn is still missing.
Stewart is very appreciative of everyones help and support but he cannot reply to comments when he is out 24/7 looking for Kahn.
Thank you so much to everyone who turned out yesterday in huge numbers at the Marina and I gather a team from Tillys Angels co ordinated this after a meeting with Stewart the day before.. Can anyone confirm if this area and beyond has now been postered and 'searched'?
There have been a few possible sightings since Kahn went missing but also a number have been ruled out - the sighting of a red flashing light by a water bowl in a horse field was actually a red light flashing on the electric fence.
So much has gone on behind the scenes including all night watches with quite a range of hi tech night vision equipment and if anyone else has access to any more and is available for all night watches then please offer. Riders on horseback have been out, Stewart has been up in a helicopter and I believe the RNLI are going to be doing a training exercise along the river. Network Rail have been informed and a report made.
Although we are not ruling out the Brays Lane area it is possible that from the overload of activity after the sighting was reported that Kahn has moved on.
We are keeping all options open and quite simply an area with up to maybe an 8 mile radius of Hockley needs postering and keeping an eye out for Kahn.
If anyone is walking their dogs please take some posters and put them up enroute.
Please respect farmers land when out and about.
So much is being done and if Stewart were to report all the things being done - then nothing would be done. His phone is on constant charge in his pocket but even that is not keeping it charged up.
So to move forward - we need to find Kahn!
If you live within 8 miles of Hockley - poster your area.
If you live within 8 miles of Hockley and know your local footpaths - walk them keeping an eye out.
There is no point asking where to search as I say anywhere within the 8 mile radius is an option.
If you have access to anymore night vision equipment and are willing to do night watches contact Stuart.
......but above all - if you spot Kahn call Stuart by phone on 07958470920 with an exact location immediately.
Stuart, Sharon and the whole family very much appreciate everyones help in getting their much loved Kahn home safley.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (120939)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
