There is a white dog with black patches listed as a bulldog cross in Battersea. It was taken in as a stray and is listed as deaf Minty. Could be worth looking at. Could really do with a picture.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thank you for helping Sadek Keelah. I am sorry it wasn't Larry on the ad but as you say we can try to help find him once we have a picture. Sadek if you read this try to stay positive and send us a photo of Larry asap so we can get some posters sent out.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The press office have got back to me and have confirmed the film was made in 2005 and the dog we believed to be Larry was infact called Shadrack, a star of the Paul O Grady show who, sadly, due to illness, passed on shortly after the film was made. The good thing that has come out of this is that when he called re his lost dog, the owner was immediately referred to us and I know you good people will help him get over this initial blow and start from scratch to get this little lad reunited with his dog. have chased pic again after speaking to owner a few minutes ago.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

spoke to owner last night and he is calling shoreham today when they open at 12pm,. he is only a young lad. I have sent a message to the dogs trust national press office asking them to help us as well. I viewed the advert online while the owner was watching it his end and he is 100 per cent convinced the dog is his. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just left a message on owners voicemail. I have been in touch with Dogstrust and the ad with the dog we are looking for was filmed at Dogstrust Shoreham. Their telephone number is 01273 452576. They are closed now until Thursday lunch time. Sadek can you give them a call or better still go down and visit the centre. Good luck. Please let us know how you get on so we can either call off the search or carry on looking.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner has just called and is sure that is Larry in the advert so I am now going to ring dogtrust and try to find out where he is. If there is any heler out there who works for dogstrust I would be grateful for some help in tracking him down.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have just spoken to owner, he is at school right now, and asked if he can look at the link for the dogstrust advert. If he can let me know that the dog on there is his I will try to establish where the dog is now.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
