Hello! Thank you to everyone for their help poppy has just been found about 5 miles from Home- safe and sound. Let’s all keep looking for Foxy and hope that is also a good outcome

My husband drives to Bexhill every day for work via Three Cups so have asked him to keep an eye open for both Poppy and Foxie. X
DogLostZoe - Area Volunteer - East Sussex
I think Foxie is on a lot of the pages but will definitely do the ones she's not on. LBL, thanks for the info on where Poppy went missing. Have you checked under sheds, in outbuildings and anywhere else that she may be able to get stuck? Do you have a pond or anything? I know someone who lives at the bottom of the hill there's at the end of a long drive, also backing onto the forest so I will tag her in so she knows as she walks her dogs every day in that area.Last edited: 2017-10-24 20:23:00 by Zoe - Area Volunteer - East Sussex

Thank you to everyone and fingers crossed both Poppy and Foxie are found soon

Thanks Zoe. We back onto Dallington Forest we are the last house on the left out of Three Cups towards Dallington and our land goes up to the border with the forest. She disappeared from the garden, the Deer don't tend to come into our actual garden but they go into the field next to us but Poppy doesn't take any notice of them usually. She did have a red dog bone tag on but I cannot remember for the life of me if it came off or not, stupidly it didn't seem overly relevant to check :(

Thank You Zoe
Just a thought but just in case Poppy has hidden underneath somewhere either in the garden or nearby area, please check all possible places that she may have got herself stuck under or trapped in.
Lucy
Zoe jumping on this post could you please share our dog Foxie on these village pages too as as the crow flies we are very near Three cups
DogLostZoe - Area Volunteer - East Sussex
I have shared to all the local village Facebook pages I can think of.

Thanks TK...sorry I'm a bit slow off the mark!! Yes, I know this area pretty well. Lucy, I'd share Poppy's details on all the local Facebook pages. Do you back onto Dallington Forest or are you the other side of the road? Would she have gone off after a deer (or other wildlife). Did she disappear on a walk or from your garden? Try to get some posters up locally. I'm really sorry but I'm at work tomorrow and won't be back until 6 so unable to help poster ...so difficult now it's darker so much earlier:-( Hopefully she'll make her way back overnight. If she doesn't have a tag on then if she is found overnight then finder will have no way of calling you unfortunately:-( Warden works until 10pm in our area I think. I'll be in touch tomorrow. Fingers crossed she turns up safely. X

So sorry to see Poppy is missing
Poppy went missing from home this morning, no sightings since.
Have given Owner basic advice and will send her the DogLost Advice which Bobble gave me the other day for another missing dog.
Am hoping that Zoe may be able to help as she probably knows the area better than me.
Owners have already contacted Dog warden, suggested Microchip company & local vets.
Stay safe little one, hope you are found safe and well very soon.
Lucy
I'm so sorry Lucy, it makes you wonder if there is someone about as we are only 3 miles as the crow flies. Fingers crossed now for Foxie and Poppy x
