- Followed this on Stray Aid's FB page. They are excellent at posting up the found dogs on their website especially, very quickly after they come in.Sheer chance that Missy was moved to the rehoming section and spotted by her former owners on FB.Just a wonderful story which really does show how vital it is to get these dogs online.Last edited: 2017-11-16 10:45:17 by twoDs

- It just goes to show that people who share to social media from Doglost make all the difference in getting dogs home. Also thanks to Stray Aid and other organisations for posting the dogs so volunteers are able to do this. People thank Facebook for reuniting their dogs but it all starts somewhere Last edited: 2017-11-16 18:31:55

- This is fabulous news and I am so happy for the family. For all those who take the time to register found dogs (and it is very time consuming), this makes all the effort worth while x x

Update from stray aid
Sometimes we get to see some amazing things. 5 Years ago a family lost their dog, Missy. She wasn't chipped and sadly they heard nothing.
Today they were reunited, after seeing a photo of 'Roxy' on facebook, so on the offchance this could be their missing baby they came down to see her. There was no doubting it once they saw each other! This was their missing dog Missy, now chipped and all registered to her family she's back where she belongs.
Just goes to show its never time to give up, if you've lost your dog there is always hope. Microchipping is so important for reuniting lost dogs with their families so always make sure your chips are up to date x
