Update from Sammy - I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has helped get boots home to us. We have been completely overwhelmed by everyone's generosity in helping us find our boy!

Boots was found this morning about 530am, when he had disturbed another cockapoo by wandering into his garden in Shillingridge Park just off of the Frieth road. Lisa the house/dog owner went to see what her dog was barking at and saw Boots' shadow, opened the door and whoosh he ran in. She immediately rang us as she had a leaflet posted through her door and had been looking out for Boots all weekend.

We are so glad to have our little boy back even with all the seeds stuck everywhere and him smelling of fox poo! He obviously decided last night was far too cold for a domestic cockapoo and home was needed!

We have decided to leave this group open but dormant so if another dog happens to go missing there is already a ready made group of lovely people to keep an eye out for them.

Hi Jonathan I have messaged Sammy (owner) with your kind offer. I think they are out searching in chalk pit lane / Frieth Road Bovingdon Green area. Could you call Sammy on number above in case there have been any recent developments but otherwise the area I have mentioned/ Marlow Common which is where I'm heading to shortly thanks

Posted just now by owner - We have just had a call from someone who saw boots yesterday(Friday) about 1230/1ish and went up a drive way on the Frieth road/chalkpit lane. If anyone knows of anybody that lives up there please try and contact them to check their gardens, in sheds, under hedges etc as he is likely to be hiding scared.

Keep going back to the spot where Boots was last with you he may return there .He will be very frightened & possibly injured so maybe hiding under hedges etc .Fingers crossed you find your lovely boy soon.
