- A black/tan and little white on chest bitch was spotted today in Harlow, and was said to be from the travellers site. They took her. I have photos. She is only around 23" to the shoulder, and around 3/4 years old by the looks.

- Spoke to owner again yesterday evening and he said he was sorting the photo as we spoke. Had hoped it would be here by now, it has been requested several times and jeepsmi also offered to assist and email photo in for him if he was having trouble sending it over. Owner - flyers and posters can't be done without a photo, please send in asap, poster power is what so often gets dogs home and without a photo the poster and flyers can't be completed and circulated. Stay safe Megan. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Thanks jeepsmi for trying to help with the photo. Have sent you a PM. Owner had told me the pic was on his phone so I had hoped it would be a case of simply sending in. Will find out tomorrow.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Rang the owner to offer help with picture. We were going to put picture from owners computer onto our memory stick, bring it home and email it in. Owner started to give us the address, then we got cut off, rang back but owner reluctant to accept our help. Said he will call us back tomorrow.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- And me too.....great minds think alike ). The owner wasn't sure if Megan escaped or was taken. He was out walking his other dog, when he returned the door was slightly open and no Megan. He suspects possibly the door may not have been shut properly and opened more in the wind allowing Megan to escape.......although she hasn't ever before. So owner not 100% sure either way. Owner needs to get his son to assist with sending the photo but is going to do it asap and then we can get the posters out as I think poster power is going to be key here - someone must have seen her or taken her in. Thanks!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Megan went missing from her home in the London Rd area of Pitsea, Basildon. She is 23 inches high, and has a lot of whippet in her. She has a white chest and some white to tips of toes/paws. Owner has had no sightings of Megan since she went missing. He has contacted the local Police, DW's (Basildon DW is fully aware and assisting), local dog pounds, vets. He has put notices in local shops as well. Owner doesn't have internet access but he is going to send photo via phone as Jayne has said and then has found someone who is going to print out posters for him to then poster locally. Someone must have seen Megan. Stay safe Megan, and away from the busy roads.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
