Not a very good picture and difficult to even tell the breed but it may be worth the owners checking out ...... http://www.pupsandmutsdogrescue.co.uk/page_1196643481562.html ..... REF B2, best to save pic to desktop and enlarge for a better look.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Very important to get photo of the actual dog if poss - hard enough to match up these 'travelling' lurchers which turn up all overt the place even with the right photo...Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi, just a quick update. I have spoken to the owner and he says Joe was stolen - the kennel he was in was shut & bolted from the outside both before and after he went missing. He could survive on his own skills for a while if he is free as he was a rabbiting dog.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi, does the owner have a picture of Joe? Markings are so important and we could be focusing on the wrong dog if we do on the markings of the one on the picture. Was he stolen? Or did he escape?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have my eye closely on this one and the bitch missing from ST15 also. If either end up in Stoke City Dogs Home or Sunnyside they are both our main pounds. Am planning on calling into Stoke tomorrow and will ask them to keep a special eye out. Helps that Joe is so like our Ludo who is still sadly missing so they are already looking out for a black and tan saluki cross. We have volunteers in the area if the owner wants to give us a call we can probably offer up some eyes and legs to help. 01782 544728Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Could there be any possibility that the sighted dog might be Joe? It may just be worth a call to the dogwarden to see.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
