I think the reason why Claire is offering advice, and certainly not having a jibe, is that we at Doglost deal with many dogs who go missing while owners are away. Even in the most caring environment with experienced people, dogs who are usually steady may become a tad unpredictable and more likely to be spooked. This is what we have found over the years.

Well done June - horrible few hours for you and I know how hard you work for rescue dogs and running your own business - not sure why Claire thinks she has a right to offer advice/have a jibe at you but takes all sorts I suppose

Great update. Maybe keep her on a lead until owners return from holiday!

Welcome home Annie!
Pm from June...
She was found at Monks Farm on Shotover by some Austrian building contractors who are working there,Annie appeared about 10am this morning, they eventually realised she had a tag on her collar ,rang the number, which was the owners land line. They remotely accessed their messages this morning, got the message from the contractor and then rang us. We have just picked her up,she is acting as if nothing had happened bless her
