- Thank you all for your suggestions and sharing.
As said in my previous comment, as we're right next to the high street and a busy carpark, there are vans constantly coming in and out of the carpark at all hours of the day and night, servicing the surrounding businesses. We have put up posters around this carpark, but hard to keep track of all the vehicles as it really is constant 24/7. - 2017-11-27 23:31 Hasi'smum
- Hi, yes, 80% of cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where they went next. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went that day. Really hope Kiwi comes home soon, thinking of you

- Could Kiwi have climbed into a vehicle, such as a delivery van? Someone posted on ere that up to 80%? of missing cats may do this. Maybe a LOST CAT ad in a newspaper? Last edited: 2017-11-16 16:52:41

- Thanks, Janie.
Unfortunately, we live pretty much on the high street above a shop, and our immediate neighbours are businesses along the road, so we're unable to "lure" her back to the front door or anything as the door leads out straight onto the busy street. It's always busy directly outside our home, as we live close to bars and pubs.
To the back, it's a busy carpark. We have had posters up everywhere in the area for the past few weeks, and have distributed nearly 1000 flyers through doors in the closest residential areas, knocking on doors, as well as notifying the businesses in our area. We also regularly walk around shaking treats and calling her name. - 2017-11-13 14:53 Unknown
- Presume all outbuildings checked including empty houses, and cellars were checked. Indoor cats don`t usually go far, but as a friendly cat may have "Moved in" with someone/ Put her unwashed blanke tinto a clean container, along with your scent, and leave them in sheltered spot. Wipe her scent on your garden fences gates, doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract Kiwi`s attention. Walk around the area holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Try this too thge door she has access to, open wide (When you can( and stand aside (Don`t block her entrance) Put some tuna or chicken in her dish, and place it about twice the width of the open door, and rattle some treats too. when it is nightfall, and you are searching use a strong torch s the light will reflect a cats eyes. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract her attention. Hope Kiwi is home soon. Paws xd.
