This little lad is recovering well and has now gone to his forever home x

Phoned the warden this morning as the 7 days were up and was told the doggy was receiving treatment and that it had been adopted, so hooray all is well.
NickyB
rang vets and it seems they have found a home ................ how wonderful is that.
when they cfm i will let doglost.co.uk know
NickyB
this is where id tags and up to date microchips are invaluable - owner could be contacted immediately........... i shall watch this space to see what happens if owner not traced or, as in so many cases, doesnt want the dog. on day 8 if the owner is not traced and/or does not want the dog has Helen found someone to take him/her in? i would be very happy to contribute to vet bills etc
Nina
So pleased to hear this great news.

I have spoken to the Dog Warden today and this dog is receiving veterinary care and is expected to make a full recovery, we are still wanting to find the owner of this poor dog x
NickyB this dog is safe and will NOT be put to sleep!
NickyB
i will phone the number tomorrow to find out what is happening to this little dog who urgently needs medical care ............ in the 7 days with the council i am not aware they received any treatment .............. and of course if nobody claims the dog i am pretty sure he will be put to sleep. if he is very lucky a local rescue may take him in

Guys I'm wondering if this is stolen Pippin? He had fur missing on his tail, and also needed daily meds, I'm assuming from that he had a skin complaint! Well without his medication he could end up looking like this poor soul! Also notice the black tuffs of fur, Pippin was black! Please admin check Pippin Dog ID 99024, if it is Pippin he will get better and can be treated!

How awful. I hope this poor dog can be treated and a new caring home can be found. I am so upset about this and I am willing to give a donation towards any treatment that is needed .
