make sure you contact all the rescues in the area ie RSPCA Godstone Foal Farm Bigging hill Last chance Edenbrige and also get poster to local vets also ask the local shop keepers if you can put posters in there windows, also pet shops in the area to.

Spoke to Jack's owner briefly who said that Jack was near the webb estate in Purley when he ran off. Has the owner contacted Tony Keane yet ?

Dear owner, So sorry to hear your Jack is missing. I live in Caterham and often walk in Kenley and Caterham and Farthing Downs, all of which are very near Purley. I will be putting up as many posters as I can for you when I am out walking my dog. We lost our black lab and everyone on this site helped so much. Hope you find him. Kelly (owner of Whisky). xxx

Black Labrador Puppy I have put poster up at Riddlesdown Tony is a very good dog warden and he will be on the ball. As for Red collier I think it is it looks so nice against the very black coat of the dog, lol. anyway I have put the word about over the downs about Jack. Would still like to know where in Purley he went from this dose help.

Contacting Tony Keane-Croydon dog Warden-very important will be able to advise-certainly poster Tescos in Purley and also Riddlesdown has masses of dog walkers daily and they all talk and know each other. Why do all black labs wear red collars? Good luck, ill certainly keep my eyes and ears open and spread the word, Come home Jack x

Still no contact info on Jack? I know its a while ago he went missing, but time is passing even more now. If he's running around that area he could be picked up with a little enticement, labs will almost certainly do anything for food. Don't be misguided and believe because he is chipped he'll come home, it doesn't always work that way!! Sue x
