- Other Info Paddy was last seen at around 9am on thursday 23rd nov on Hogarth avenue, he was wearing a name tag attached to his collar that has the Irish flag on one side, his chip will be registered to an address in Blackburn.If found he should be reported to council Dog Warden as required (BY LAW )
