***UPDATE: We found the lady that picked up Toto in Rayners Lane and took him to Vets4Pets for scanning; then took him home to keep safe.
Owner to collect at 3pm today. I will confirm when Reunited - THANK YOU EVERYONE!!***

I have told the owner that we need a word with him - firstly to register the Romanian Chip in UK database and also how to keep his dog safe and stop it from escaping - he speaks little English, so I will try to take a Romanian friend round too

Trying to track down two ladies that took a Male Bichon into Vets 4 Pets in South Ruislip today. He was scanned and had foreign chip, they left a number and went away with him.
This dog has a Romanian Chip and I advised last time that the details were updated - hope it’s him! They’re closed now, so waiting for their Facebook page to respond otherwise it’ll have to be tomorrow before we find out more x

I texted the owner last night as I live in the area. From the text communications we had the owner has limited English. They live near the Tesco garage on the corner of Eastcote Lane and Alexandra Avenue. Apparently Toto loves people, don't know about other dogs and is not fussed about food. I walked the area yesterday evening and drove around this morning - no luck! I will try the ecology park and Roxbourne Park later today.
