- Stay toasty and warm tonight Oscar. So relieved he's home. He looks a lively, feisty dog. Excellent photo of him Joey- catches his character really well. Glad he was found before he took to the main road...too frightening the main road network in Hulme. Kudos to the power of good neighbours. Invaluable resource. And the kind person who gave him a berth for the night. Make sure he doesn't wander off there on his own now, though! Bonios all round!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- So pleased that Oscar is home. Although I now live in North Wales, I'm Manchester born and bred and most of my family still live there so I know the area well. Welcome home Oscar xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Put posters up in ASDA Hulme. Lots of them! And try Elizabeth Slinger Road Police Sataion, too in W. Didsbury which has stray dog kennels as well. An ad in Mcr Eve News 'lost & found' is free for animals and worth a try. Hope he comes home safely ansd soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Hi I live in Hulme and will put some posters up, in the streets and Hulme park. Contact the local dog warden on monday and the Manchester dogs home you will probably need to go there tho. Also try the police station in on Stretford road and the one in Longsight as they take dogs in when the warden is not on. Also it would be worth ringing the environmental health at the council as they do keep records of any dead animals they find, but fingers crossed that isn't what has happened. Keep us posted Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
