- Wonderful news. So pleased for owner. Maybe Oscar was "clipped" by a car? At least he is safe now. He will probably be clingy now for a short while Please update us on what the vet says Stay very close now Oscar:-)xxx

- Oscar is home!!! He's got an injured back leg, can't put any pressure on it, and he's extremely grumpy (in pain!) I've got a vet appointment at 11.40, so he'll be seen to very soon. Thank you SO SO SO much for all your amazing help and compassion here, I'm deeply grateful! Thank you!

- Hi, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went that day. Really hope your cat comes home soon, thinking of you

- Presume neutered? Check all outbuildings empty houses, and cellars in case shut in. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as his scent will be there. Put some tuna or chicken in bis dish, and call him; night/early morning is best. Rattle some treats too. Put his unwashed blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. Walk around the area holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) When it is nightfall, and you are searching for him use a strong torch as it will reflect a cat`s eyes. Also use the same deodorant as you use on a day to day basis, as he will recognize the scent. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. And ask around, especially families as children can be very observant. Paws xd.
