tyvm janiejewel1649 pickle is seriously grounded ! until he has been chipped and paws buttered , he will be kept in for at least 3 weeks as we have done with our previous moves . As he comes in to use the litter tray , we have no issues getting him to use one. At the moment he is just exploring his new home ( which he has never been in before ) and enjoying lots of loves and hugs with us all . xx

What fantastic news:-) I am so very happy for you. You must be ecstatic to have Pickles back. Someone must have been feeding him. I would keep him indoors for at least a week/ten days now, until he gets used to his new surroundings, becasue cats hate change of any kind as you know. Stay close now Pickles:-)xxx

ty hasi's mum and jane jewel ...we have been fully on the case for 3 months .. he is very unlikely to have got in a delivery van as he hates being in vehicles however we have not discounted this possibility and our search continues nationwide . We have almost the whole hamlet we moved from keeping their eyes open for us ,and having been checking potential cats across our region . we are on just about every site possible , local and national and have emailed local vets and rescues . we have also put poster in local shop. our last push is to get some help to leaflet as widely as we can our local area over the next month .ty for your comments

Hi, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went that day. Really hope your cat comes home soon, thinking of you

Pickles may have sought refuge in someone`s garden, and as he has no microchip could have been taken in by someone thinking he was a stray. Cats hate change of any kind, and this is why some cats go awol when they are "On the move" He may have smelt something not familiar to him. Cat`s sense of smell as you know is 12/14 times better than ours Cats rely very much on their scent, and their owners scent too. I would ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL Also place a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper too Hope Pickles is home soon. Paws xd.Last edited: 2017-12-08 19:01:56
