have just been walking in Hollingbury Park Woods, Brighton and stumbled across a possible dog or fox body in the grass. It was hard to tell if it was a whippet/small lurcher type dog or a fox so I am unsure what to do about it. I know that sounds really vague but I am not sure whether I may have found a missing dog or not. I just thought I would contact you in case anyone had reported anything missing in the area. - 2017-12-15 18:48

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
