- Have asked on various local fb pages, if anyone is able to help by searching in area when they are out on a walk, as it is a favourite dog walking place. Have asked to pay attention along river bank down to Loe Beach in cse she did go in the water & was swept down/managed to get out further down.

- Molliemoo, we have a link to our dog warden stray list, which we check at least twice a day (when updated) & thankfully if she were to go to any of the kennels the dog warden uses, the staff would tip me off, they are nearly all members on our fb page, DogLost Cornwall. We are lucky to have such a good network here :)

- I've been checking every few minutes to see if there is an update. Keeping everything crossed and praying that Patch is found safe. Just a thought....someone lost a dog for a week with no sightings and daily searches. The dog turned up in a pound where it had been all the time. Worth ringing local shelters, dog wardens and checking the chip company daily

- Just had call fro Mark & the CB Crew, they have searched about 125 metres of river. It wasn't very deep or particularly fast flowing. There seemed to be lots of places for Patch to get out. They didn't find anything. Just hope Patch is sheltering somewhere.

- This area is not always possible to check with drones, as is a restricted area & permission has to be given. It is not a good day either, as is drizzly/misty there so I have been informed. I am trying to get hold of someone who may be able to assist in a river search.

- Added on owner's behalf. Link and poster image added to existing post on DogLost Cornwall fb page and Drone SAR For Lost Dogs UK
Advice already given last night. Local drone operator(s) are consulting via Drone SAR and checking flight restrictions as close to RNAS Culdrose. One pilot will assist on ground, and in air if clearance to fly obtained.Last edited: 2017-12-17 12:04:51 by GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland - 2017-12-17 11:57 Jayne - Founder Doglost.

- Sorry to see that PATCH is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (123320)
- Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
- If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
- If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
- Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
- DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
