Happy New Year to you too, Ray, and thanks for everything you do for dogs on the run. Daxies can be a nightmare to catch. Little legs don't slow them down at all, they just bounce along as if on springs and cover ground at great speed. So well done everyone who helped.

Well done, that's the sort of start to the new year we needed. I did feel sorry for Sian. I don't think she slept at all but she did all the right things and Penny's home. The result we all hoped for and I think these delightful animals do this sort of thing to let them know how much we love them.

PENNY IS NOW REUNITED!!After giving us all quite a scare by being spotted at an estate on both the corner of the busy A1 and the A406 penny was heard barking outside someone's door last night at 11pm, when they opened the door she bolted. The owner and us looked for a few hours last night there but no sign of her. The people in the flat left out a plate of food for her and she returned this morning and went straight into their door and is now safely home. PHEW! 5 days on the run is quite enough for any dog let alone one with such tiny legs! Sian, penny's owner must have had the worst Xmas ever- but today is one happy mumma!!

**LATEST SIGHTING** 11pm on 26th dec inside the estate at beufort drive nw11 6bt. Penny was barking at someone's door on ground floor flat and they opened the door and she ran. I've been out in the area for a few hours tonight so has Penny's owners but no sign of her. Put a few posters up but certainly not enough so will be back out tomorrow postering. Ray- thanks for helping I will tell owner to call you.

I believe the dog found on Graham road was in different part of the country in Felixstowe. ***NEW SIGHTING OF PENNY** penny was sighted on Brooklands Rise NW11 at 7am this morning. The owners have postered around the immediate area but more posters will be needed if penny isn't found today as posters aren't in pockets. Hoping someone has her and will find their posters before too long! Problem is most vets aren't open so she won't be checked for a chip if found today and no tag. Fingers crossed.
