- Fantastice news. Am so happy for you. She will probably a little more clingy now especially as she is timid (I have a timid cat) If you see the said cat in the garden (And recognize it) use a water pistol, it won`t hurt the cat. And it should work. Stay close now Kissy:-)xxx I would keep Kissy indoors for at least a week now.Last edited: 2018-01-03 07:38:50

- Sometimes this can happen when a more dominant cat will chase a cat out of it``s own territory. However they usually return within a few days. Check all outbuildings including empty houses, and cellars ion case shut in, and behind hedges/bushes. He is probably is hiding somewhere. Put his unwashed blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. Wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. When you are searching use the same deodorant/perfume/aftershave (Depending on your gender) that you use every day as he will recognize the scent. When it is nightfall, use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cats eyes. When you can open a wide aside (Don`t block his entrance) Put some tun or chicken in his dish, and call his name; night/early morning is best for this, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone could be feeding him. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract his attention. Poster around the area, and put flyers through doors too. And ask around,
It may be that he has become lost, and disorientated. Consider posting a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper Ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL Paws xd he is home very soon - 2017-12-27 10:39 AlisonH
