- Why is everyone so surprised at this behaviour. Those of you who have been hoodwinked need to shout from the rooftops, write letters to your local paper, write to your local MP, write to your Chief of Police, write to anyone you think will take notice. The Police cannot decide which side of the fence they are sitting on. They either say advertise a reward or don't pay the asking price! The louder you shout the more likely you are to be heard. Am so pleased that Bella is back even if it is undeer criminal circumstances. Stay safe Bella. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Welcome home Bella. How sad that a dog is not safe in her own garden. As for the woman who stole you, for once I am lost for words, one could lose faith in the human race. Thank God for people like all of the DL helpers.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- It seems the whole world as gone money mad, I think this women would not have got a rescue as she may have been unfit to have a dog. well same to her I hope the money chocks her, and I would report her anyway even if the police don't do anything just in case another dog goes the same way at least it is reported. so all I can say watch out in that area for a greed dog steeling. Woman I will not call her a Lady as she clearly is not. and Yes please give that lovely girl a tag and I'm glade another owner as the knowledge now and will not leave her in the garden on her own. Poster power again. Welcome home lovely girl. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I totally agree with Fly, NO true dog lover would ever claim or accept a reward, whatever their circumstances. What an absolute cheek - quite unbelieveable!!! Clearly this woman has no conscience whatsoever. Just one small but very important request, could this very precious girl have a nice, new shiny ID tag on her collar to compliment her chip as a welcome home present?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Bella is home - owner had a call at 6pm today from a woman who said she had her and could she keep her as she was such a lovely dog and was getting on well in her "new" home of a couple of days. Lady then went on to say she was going to keep her but thought she better call owner as she noticed there was a cash reward and she did not want someone else calling owner and "grassing" on her so they could claim the reward and she would be forced to hand dog back anyway. so, obviously, cash was handed to finder and Bella is home - never to be left in the garden unaccompanied again as someone has discovered a money spinner, welcome home bella and shame on the lady who kept you!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
