We were driving on the M11 northbound on 29th Dec and saw a dog matching Rosie's description running across the north bound carriageway, about 700yards south of the Duxford junction. We reported it to the police straight away and they sent a car down to try and pick her up. We didn't hear back but we noticed on google maps that an obstruction was noted at the same spot5 mins later so highly likely they managed to catch her. I would try the police if you haven't done so already. Best of luck - I hope this helps.
