- Hi, many cats that go missing have got into a delivery van or car and hitched a lift to their next port of call. Was there a delivery van around that day? Ask neighbours. Then call the delivery company and ask where the vehicle went next. Most vans use gps now and can say exactly where they went that day. Really hope your cat comes home soon, thinking of you

- Presume all outbuildings checked at the time she went missing? Contact all verts in case a cat matching her description has been handed in, as she is not microchipped/

- As she is partly deaf. Scent is needed here of course. Put some tuna or chicken in her dish, and call her; night/morning is best Rattle some treats too..Put her unwashed blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too (The owner) Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too; anything leading up to the house. Empty contents of the hoover onto the garden as her scent will be there. Try a squeaky toy as it may attract her attention. Walk around the area holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies, Someone may be feeding her (Common problem) When it is nightfall, and your are searching for her, use a strong torch as the light will reflect a cat`s eyes. Whilst looking use the same deodorant/afrer shave/perfume (Depending on your gender) as she will recognize the scent. Or it could be an air freshner which you use frequently. With cats it`s all about their scent, and their owners deaf or not. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. And ask around especially those with families, as children can be very observant. Ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Consider posting a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper in case she has climbed into a car. As she is a friendly girl someone may have taken her in thinking she is a stray. It does happen, Hope Owen is home very soon. Paws xd.
