Owner phoned me this pm. Gypsy is home! She said she was going to phone you immediately so maybe a prob getting through. She will tell whole story but apparently there is another rescue place we hadn't heard of (maybe one to get details of for future reference. They sound LOVELY!). Don't want to steal Gypsy's owner's news, but do want to save people who may have been thinking of postering at the weekend. There is no need!! Yay!

I put poster outsite Hindley station and by Winscar Ave today. Do you want to co-ordinate putting flyers through doors where I might have seen her? Maybe someone took her in? If you can print, we could co-ordinate... PM me or ring me. You have may number (I phoned you on Tues)

Forgot to say, Westhoughton borders the WN2 postcode (and maybe other Wigan ones) so make sure your WN friends know! Owner is going to contact Wigan Dog Warden as well as Bolton.

NB Gypsy is female! I may have seen this dog in Hindley on Monday morning on Ladies Lane just by Pennygate medical centre. I have phoned owner. Couldn't swear to it, but it could have been. Will put posters up nearby and at Vetcare Hindley. Hurry home Gypsy xxx

Will check records at work asap. I worked over the weekend and dont remember seeing any Collie's in the kennels. However I will re-check. Owner should visit Leigh Cats and Dogs Home in person (not via phone) as they take in strays for Bolton area via Dog Warden, Pet Medics and Greater Manchester Police.
