"Female Akita Husky Cross found this morning by a jogger in Cattle Lane near Andover tied to a telegraph pole.

Despite being thin, distressed, hungry and her coat blown she is in reasonable health and has been checked by our vet as soon as she was collected. She actually has a very sweet temperament.

She is in our kennels on three meals a day to get her weight back up.

If anyone recognises this dog, if you think you know who she belongs to or if you are the owner then contact Test Valley Borough Council on 01264 368000, Info@testvalley.gov.uk ."
