I have now seen the confusion, somebody put reunited on Daniels post, but by the looks of it, they were referring to a black cocker who was found and the link posted on Daniels poster. I have requested to join to clarify things as it is very confusing

Hi graham, yes the post was on PAW-helping dogs in need. Someone had commented underneath on Daniels doglost poster. I am not a member so could not comment, hence why I posted on here to make sure facts are true or not xx

Graham don't give up hope anything is possible. Have you reported him missing to the Dog Warden and your Microchip company? If you haven't done so yet check with Viking Oak Kennels as this is where most strays are taken.

Graham could it be a possibility that Daniel is trapped on the other side of the fence near to the tracks & is unable to find a way out .Poor little fella I hope he is sighted soon .

Possible sighting of Daniel at 1.15am this morning, running from the bottom of Pope street Me16 towards Upper Fant Rd, heading towards the town.

A male chocolate working cocker spaniel was found badly injured on the A303 on Wednesday evening near Yeovil. The dog had sadly sustained a serious leg injury and needed urgent veterinary treatment. St Giles Rescue centre are desperately trying to locate his owner. Do you know this boy?

Brown spaniel seen at Teston Park in the woods yesterday at 3pm, but apparently could of been with some dog walkers.

Yes, we believe he went through a hole in the fence on to the train track. No reports from Network rail of sightings or drivers hitting anything.

Remember to leave a piece of your used clothing at various spots near where you lost him - if he comes upon them he'll stay nearby so keep checking them intermittently

We also have a cocker and he was lost and spent a night at Viking Oak kennels - distressed but fine. You have probably tried this already but just in case.... I have also shared on facebook and will contact my brother and sister-in-law as they live in the Barming area and walk their dog around there. Hope he is back home soon xx

Hi Graham
I spent several hours this afternoon hoping to find Daniel.
Especially in the Fant Wildlife area just after the allotments.
I couldn’t venture into the woods opposite as it is quite steep.
I was really hoping to have seen a positive update on my return.
Please keep us posted. A second night in the cold and damp....poor boy.
Do you live far from where you lost him?
